Our History

2000

A Foundation Takes Shape

In 2000, Alan Cheeseman and Krista Cheeseman step into leadership at Wilderness North after years of working within the organization. At the time, the operation included a diverse aircraft fleet supporting multiple lodges and outpost camps across remote northern regions. This moment reflects the early formation of the operational experience and aviation infrastructure that continue to shape the group today.
